I have used this place many times however last time I used this place I had to return winter boots with a prepaid label. I dropped the package and few weeks later I find out that they never were shipped! I have talked to Kelly manager who stated that she will look into it and will open a dispute. A week later I contact them again and find out that they have not done anything and that I apparently never even dropped off a package at their place even though I had a person in my car the day when I dropped off a package to back ... read more
