I had a disappointing experience at this dental office. Communication was very difficult — it was hard to reach anyone directly, and at one point my calls stopped going through, which made it frustrating to get follow-up care. During my visits, I often felt rushed and didn’t have much time to ask questions before the dentist moved on to the next patient. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nafso and his team. I recently needed a crown for one of my front teeth, a procedure that made me feel nervous at first. But from the very beginning, Dr. Nafso was incredibly kind, patient, professional and thorough. He made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the process. The final result is amazing! my crown looks so natural. I truly appreciate the care, precision, and attention to detail that went into my treatment.
