Had a reservation for a tow dolly with uhaul got there they acted like didn't know nothing about a uhaul rental then a guy come from back really rude told me it was broke and he hasn't told then about it yet couldn't rent it and when asked what I do now told me not his problem I called uhaul and they found me another one and told me they was gonna note the account
U-haul reservation for 9 at which is the time the store supposedly opens, now 9:30 and still no one here. A regular who is also here waiting to get in says the person who opens just shows up when they feel like it. Not a place I recommend at all if your dealing with a time sensitive moving day.
Back at 4? It's 9:50 in the morning and we have a reservation for a U-Haul at 10. No one here. You opened at 9 am. How bizarre. Anyone doing a military move should probably go elsewhere.
