Approximately 2wks ago, I had a appt for Senegalese twists. My last experience with this shop was great. But this time was far from it. I arrived at the shop 10 mins late, but was still the first customer thru the door. I was seated immediately but no one started on my braids for 45 mins due to having to wait for more braiders to arrive. I called early Saturday morning to get crochet faux locs and was able to get a appointment the same day. I had just taken down some faux locs done by another person and I was in love with them, however that person was not available at the time.
