Dr. Gud started off good as a Denist 2years ago since I believe his practice was fairly new dentistry and hardly any patients. He got me in and out. However, I decided to come back and bring my son as a patient. This time around he was rude and not clear as to what was needed as a new patient and used text messages to communicate. My family has had several bad experiences with Prosper/Little Elm area dentists; price gouging and up-selling with ridiculous and inappropriate services for a couple with “awesome” dental hygiene” per Dr. Gud in my first appointment with him this week. He’s friendly, personable and tells it like it is-suggesting possible future services I might consider. He has state of the art equipment including a 3D scanner. I highly recommend Dr. Gud for dental care! He provided an emergency dental service for my son who experienced an accident at school that resulted in a large chip in his front tooth. Dr. Gud provided a thorough exam along with Xrays and recommended tooth filler to repair my sons tooth. Dr. Gud provided detailed education throughout the procedure. During my weekend visit to Fort Worth, I encountered an unexpected issue when one of my dental crowns broke. I reached out to Dr. Gudipati, who kindly scheduled me for the first appointment on Monday morning. He promptly worked on two broken crowns and a filling, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Gudipati also ordered zirconium crowns for my teeth and permanently fixed both crowns. Well, I was lucky to get to know this dentist. He is very wonderful and explains all the details he does and gives the patient time to understand all the procedures. I visited him to extract the nerve and put a crown on my tooth, which he was able to preserve and not extract. After finishing, I did not feel any pain. He is a wonderful doctor and I recommend him with all confidence.
