Setting up the same day appointment was extremely easy. The technician (Luis) showed up at the promised time. The problem with my LG refrigerator was diagnosed and fixed the same day. I was so pleasantly surprised by my service call today. My appointment was confirmed early in the morning, between 11and 2for service. At 20 minutes to 11 I received a call the technician was on his way. He was very knowledgeable and very polite. My washer was up and running in no time at all. I will recommend this service to all my friends. A five star rating. 👍

Absolutely pleased with the service and attention given. This is the second time we have had to have them repair an appliance and both times they have been punctual and extremely helpful. Al Jr. went out of his way to help me out today with a warranty call to get the motor needed to fix the dryer. And Luis the tech who came out was on time, and very polite and helpful.
