Dr. Roubick and his staff are very pleasant. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
DR ROUBIK, Always is willing to assist even when its an emergency. The front desk and billing dept is awesome.
Staff is always friendly and work hard to accommodate scheduling.
Went into office at opening time, without appointment with tooth ache and hopes that there might be cancellation. Staff got me right in and Dr. Roubik was able to remove infected tooth that morning. Was very glad to be seen and treated so quickly.
The staff, as well as Dr. Roubik, always treat me like I'm a friend. I appreciate his combination of conservative and aggressive treatment plans. If something really needs doing he will tell me and suggest what should be done. However, if it isn't an immediate need or a need at all he doesn't rush to do dental work that would be costly. I have not always found that in a dentist.
I like the new hygienist I had today. Unfortunately, I don't remember her names but she was very friendly & gentle. I like that she was able to schedule my next appointment in her exam room rather than me having to go to the front desk.
My family has been going to Dr. Roubik for years and he is the best.
As always, we receive excellent care, the staff is always courteous and helpful and we never have to wait more than a few minutes to be seen.
Dr. Roubik did an excellent job on removing my tooth that was hard to remove and he was very gentle and it didn't hurt at all.
