They were responsive, and the young man who represented the company was polite and professional. We spent several hours walking around my home which was both invasive and unproductive. Most importantly, AG was completely unprepared to resolve our problem and did NOT have the equipment or experience to resolve. And still charged us almost full price? Some else came later and diagnosed in 15 minutes!!

This company charged me an excesive $150 for a diagnostic that could have been completed over the phone by simply asking the right questions. The Manager/Owner Gonzalo Cruz came to my House, looked at my Water Heater and told me it had a leak and that I needed to change it quoting me another $1350 for replacing it for a total of $1500 which it was way excesive for the work.
