Do not go to a fresh beginning to work, I worked there 1 day literally and got fired after charting that a staff his is buddy buddy with the program manager was cussing at consumers throwing them into behaviors
I would suggest no one ever work for these people. More so now that Joe the the original owner steppes down and put his wife in charge. Now people can come in late when ever they want no consequences and those that have put the time in and stuck around get treated like second rate employees. I can't see how people would continue to work there. I've had family go and work for these people and have heard nothing but negatives about them. Sound like needs new management. What happen to joe?
work you to death, fire you right before you take your earned PTO. let the workers abuse the consumers, let workers do drugs on shift. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM. DO NOT LET A LOVED ONE GO THROUGH THEM. my mom worked for them for years and right before she was about to go on vacation, they fired her with no reason just so they wouldn’t have to pay her PTO for vacation.
