Great Place I went to A Forever Recovery 5 years ago, it saved my life. 10 months ago, I relapsed and went right back to AFR. Before I went to AFR the first time I had gone to several different rehabs. I wasn’t ever able to stay clean for very long after leaving those places and it was demoralizing to say the least. I’ve known a lot of addicts in my life, people I’ve used when I was at home and the people I was in rehab with. There’s people that go to rehab because they want to get clean, want to have a better life without d... read more

A Forever Recovery I went to A Forever Recovery 9 months ago, and when I went I had absolutely no intention whatsoever of staying sober. In all honesty, I just didn’t want to. The only reason I went to AFR was because my parents threatened to cut me off if I didn’t. I’ve been to a few rehabs before AFR and I went to those rehabs for the same reason. I went through each program the same way. Just wasting time, doing as little as possible until I could go home and start using again. A few weeks into my program at AFR my counse... read more

My husband went to AFR When I first met my husband 7 years ago he told me that he was a recovering addict and that he’d been clean for 2 years. It didn’t change anything and the only difference I ever noticed was that he didn’t drink. When his mom died 2 years ago though things got bad. I knew he was a mess about it but I didn’t realize that it got as bad as it did. 2 months after his mom’s funeral, I thought he was doing better. Turns out, I was very, very wrong. Apparently, 2 months after her funeral he relapsed. All the s... read more

The best rehab out there My life went to hell when I started using heroin at 20 years old. In the 8 years that followed I went to 5 different rehabs and I went to A Forever Recovery twice. AFR is the only rehab I’ve been to more than once and there’s a reason for that. Because of the many different programs I’ve been to, I can say with all honesty that AFR is the best drug rehab out there. There are many, many different things about AFR that make it as great as it is. The first is the staff. Working at AFR isn’t just a job t... read more

Good place to work Don’t get me wrong, it ain’t no walk in the park working at a drug and alcohol rehab center. This rehab program is very hard working and very helpful, but it is tough job working here sometimes. I will say though that it is also very rewarding to work here and very pleasant to be a part of the team. I am thrilled that I could be a part of this organization. You help a lot of people and in a big way that makes all of the work and all of the effort that you have to put into the job actually worth it. I found... read more

A Forever Recovery Because of the help I got at A Forever Recovery I have my life back and I didn’t lose my family. For 2 years I had been on pain medication and when my husband realized that I was using we agreed that I’d go to rehab. I went to a place that was pretty close to where I live because I wanted to be close to my kids. It wasn’t the best idea I’ve ever had, that’s for sure. I relapsed 2 months after finishing that program and that’s when it became apparent how bad of an idea it really was because I ended up knowi... read more

My son When my son went to A Forever Recovery it was because he had gotten addicted to pain medication he had been prescribed after a car accident. After that accident, he had to be on the medication for a while and when he didn’t need it anymore he had a really hard time getting off it. We sent him to a detox thinking that if he could get help just getting off it that he would then be completely fine. He went to that detox for 2 weeks and relapsed really soon after going home. When we started talking about having him go to ... read more

Great Rehab I loved going to A Forever Recovery. It was such an amazing drug rehabilitation center. The facility itself has such a warm and inviting feel to it. It’s the first rehab I’ve been to where I actually felt comfortable and well taken care of. Going through detox has never been easy or enjoyable. Add to that the fact that I can be kind of a drama queen and going through detox is what I’ve always dreaded most about going to rehab. The medical personnel that watch over you and the detox personnel who are extremely goo... read more

A Forever Recovery I can’t believe how much better I feel after going to A Forever Recovery. I’ve been to rehab before. 6 others in fact and none of them even came close to AFR. Going to AFR was a life changing experience for me which I guess is the way it should be but I didn’t realize how little going to rehab had helped me until going to AFR. The most important thing that going to AFR gave me was the fact that I feel normal when I’m clean and sober now. I don’t feel like something is missing from my life or that I need to... read more
