For Mother's Day this year I ordered flowers the day before to be delivered sine i live in Texas and my mom in Murray, KY. I ordered a half dozen white and a half dozen pink roses with some stagger lilies thrown in. I was informed that
Ordered a dozen roses Feb. 14th at 08:30, they advised they were still taking orders for Valentine's day, no problem, they called me at 04:20 p.m. and said they were out of red roses. Their explanation was that they did not "guarantee" the order. When I placed the order, nothing was said about a "guarantee".
I live in Maryland and vist my daughter and her family who live in Murray. I have received two different arrangements from A Festive Touch on different occasions and my daughter has used them several times for flowers she has needed. I have ordered flowers for my daughter and son-in-laws chiropractic business by calling A Festive Touch directly from Md speaking directly with Jodie the designer.
