Awesome office. The best dental cleaning from Melinda.
The staff are very friendly. They make everyone feel welcome and at home. The service was excellent! I would recommend this office for any dental needs.
If you haven't seen a dentist in a while make sure you don't mention it to them, the receptionist, to the front desk, to the hygienist, to the doctor, will constantly point out to you of the long time between visits (i guess its another set up for "work they'll find that needs to be done"). It really gets old and annoying and again feels like the set up for the up sells. All these behaviors do taint the actual good work you do get from the hygienist. Coming to A+ family dentistry has been, by far, the best dental experience I've ever had! Today I was seen by Dr.Eli and man was I nervous! Having not been to the dentist in years, the A+ family was so welcoming friendly, and informative. I genuinely felt as if I was being cared for by my own family. Doctor Eli took the time to fully explain all the issues I knew I had as well as the ones I DIDN'T know I had. Then I was able to start my treatment right away with no problems with the same doctor! This place is horrible!! All I needed was a cleaning and once they found out I hadn't used my insurance all year long, they told me I needed a feeling on one tooth and a root canal and crown on another tooth. Something told me to get a second opinion. I'm glad I did, it turned out I only needed a cleaning and had a small cavity, no need for a root canal or crown. These people only want your money. STAY AWAY!!
