They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature.

No Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Sometimes, but most of the time they don't

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Was this dentist friendly? Yes

Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
