They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
