Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? No, they weren't very knowledgeable Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Yes, they seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Does this provider give unbiased advice? Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it. Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I had to leave I was so distressed Does this provider treat every client equally? Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

Yes Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious

I do not recommend this office. As a nurse and nutrition consultant, I pride myself on the healthy habits my children have. 1 of my 3 kids, (ages14-21) has always had "problem teeth". (The other 2 have never had a cavity) She has had extensive work for a decade. After coming to A+ for many years, today I was verbally attacked by Dr Simeone, whom I had never met before. They are fun loving professional people who care about their patients. They made coming to the dentist a bit less of a chore. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
