Rich Gordon helped us make our divorce easy and effortless. He was professional and offered suggestions that we had not thought of. As a former divorce mediator myself, it was interesting to go to someone else to help me with my divorce.

Rich was wonderful to work with during a difficult time. I am thankful that he was able to assist us with talking through things that we could not talk about on our own. I feel that he really cares about people and is easy to work with. The savings is nice with mediation but most important is being able to resolve issues and remain friends as we've been able to do. We have Rich to thank for guiding us in the right direction.

I highly recommend Fair Way Mediation Center for couples who want to end their marriage with as little trouble and cost as possible, and need help to work out their property and other issues. Rich did a great job, as promised, on time and at a reasonable price.

I am happily divorced therefor I know they did a great job. The only problem I had was with my ex-husband but thanks to them he is no longer a problem.

I am happily divorced. Thankfully, I am saavy enough to review the documents and protect myself. Maybe if I wasn't that way, Rich would have stepped in.

Rich is balanced - careful not to favor either side throughout the process. Yet he is able to bring focus and closure on some very emotionally challenging issues. His sense of humor was instrumental to diffuse some of the inevitable tense moments that occur during the process.
