Rich's ability to listen, guide and get past hurt feelings, and find a common goal and purpose is probably the main reason I can look back at this difficult time in my life with peace and finality.
A frustrating divorce and a difficult process for sure. Rich Gordon was able to keep my ex and I on track and was surprisingly fair to both parties. The cost of our mediation was 1/3 that of legal court. I highly recommend A Fair Way Mediation for anyone that is willing to work at it. Battle in court doesn't help anyone.
I do want to thank Rich for the professional and calm manner in which he mediated the divorce for my wife and I during these past several months. This will not go down as a favorite time of my life, but Rich certainly made the transition easier
Obviously divorce is never going to be a positive experience. But, Rich did make the process better. He was patient, kind and honest....with both of us. People don't always want to hear "honest" while divorcing, but he was honest anyway.
