We are very pleased with our new garage doors and openers. The salesperson was professional and not pushy. The installer was efficient, and did everything by himself. He was here about six hours, and it was so cold that day! Everything is working beautifully. The only glitch is that we thought our doors were going to be darker than they turned out, but they still look nice.
Garage door broke and ordered 2 doors. Installation done well, both doors are nice and meet expectations, and salesman not pushy, and good follow-up by A&E. Would recommend A&E.
Last year the spring on our garage door broke. We called around and of all the places AE Door stood out from the rest. The repair was completed and recently the other spring broke and since we were so happy with the impeccable service both on the phone and in person we had AE come back out and ended up ordering 2 new garage doors as well. We are completely satisfied with the workmanship, the sales rep Paul, as well as the installer! We will definitely do more business with AE in the future!
I had problem with my garage door opener, which I bought from a-e years ago. The problem was fixed and opener works better now than before. Repairman did a great job showing a and explaining the problem--- great job

One of our garage doors started acting up in a random manner. Sometimes the remote would work, sometimes it wouldn’t, sometimes the manual button would work, and sometimes it wouldn’t. AE did a great job diagnosing the problem, making sure every possible issue was addressed. The problem was fixed on the same day and the door now works great. I strongly recommend them.
Very happy with the quality and value of their work! They came out quickly and on time to install our openers in our new home so we wouldn't have to move in without the use of the garage doors. Would recommend and use again!!
