Excellent Service. PROMPT & EFFICIENT. AE Door repair man showed up on-time (actually 10 minutes early) and completed service/repair in less than 1hr as he predicted. Then stayed extra to assist with programming codes into devices.
My garage door opener broke and I requested an estimate online from AE Door and Window. I received a call within 2 hours of requesting it and they gave me a reasonable quote and said that they could be out the next day to replace my garage door opener. The team that came out was courteous and helpful. They were willing to speak on the phone to my home warranty company as well. They finished replacing the garage door opener in less than an hour. I was very happy with the job and highly recommend them.
A-E Door just replaced our garage door (which also needed extra frame build up because of opening) and we are so happy with the look and function of the new one! We had AE out last week to install a garage door opener in our old garage with limited space. They weren't certain that it would be able to go in within the limitations, but they made it work AND finished it all up in no time! We love it. It's very nice. Would definitely recommend.
My garage door opener died. I called A-E Door & Windows and talked to someone who helped me pick the right garage door opener for my garage. No hassle or pressure to buy. They came out the very next day and installed it. The installer was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me how to operate it and the keyless entry unit step by step. The new unit is so much quieter and has a sensor on it for safety. Thanks A-E, it was a pleasure doing business with you!
