They did exactly what I asked and was so nice and sweet to my sweet fur baby I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a groomer
Ladies are so nice, they made me feel comfortable and was extremely good with Bella. I recently found out my groomer just up and closed shop with no notice I was nervous about going to someone new but they made our first visit very welcoming. Thank you so much!!
We just recently moved to Winchester and were looking for a groomer. Stopped by and got an appointment quickly. The girls at Diamond in the Ruff are so caring and good with our pets. Yankee had not been to the groomer before and Daisy was way past due. They did a great job on both and were very understanding of their individual needs. Have already scheduled next appointment and would recommend them to anyone.
These people are amazing! This year was the second time our furry family member has stayed here while we were on vacation. Kylie goes above and beyond to make our dog feel comfortable and safe. Her and her groomer were also able to trim his nails for us while we were gone which usually has to be done at the vet only under a little sedation. Not this time! She earned his trust (and mine) with his paws. We love A Diamond In The Ruff!!!

Today was the first time taking Zoey there to get groomed and I loved it!!!! The ladies there were very nice and friendly, they loved Zoey, very clean inside and my Yorkie looks amazing!� very pleased!

I'm always very happy when I take both my dogs (father and daughter) there. I took them yesterday and was very happy with the way they cut their toenails perfectly and take such great care of my babies as well as how soft and fluffy and beautiful smelling they make them when I pick them up and the workers have even taken the time to know how my dogs are and knows that my girl dog don't like to be away from her dad so they do their very best to keep them both as satisfied as they can with that until I come and get them and I ... read more
