Repair guys came to appt with no replacement springs. Said they didn't know it was a repair appt. so did not bring the parts.

We are sorry for your unfortunate experience with my company, we usually always have an all parts on our trucks and if we don't we will get them immediately and return to finish the repair. Once again I apologize for your bad experience we will work on making sure all trucks are stocked as to not run into this problem again.
Arrived on time and immediately went work. Finished in timely manner. Both employees were friendly and polite. Materials were of excellent quality. Cleaned up after work.

The installer (Brock) was on time and professional. Before starting the job he explained what was needed and the full cost of the repair. I was very please with the work done and the charge for the repair of my garage door. I was also please with the customer service i received from A-Dependable upon my initial contact. The young lady was very helpful and professional. I would recommend this company.!
