Dr. Hsieh and his staff are professional and polite. The phone listed is not often answered but you will get a response if you leave a voicemail. There’s a text service to arrange and confirm your appointments (with a real person answering on the other end) which I, as a younger patient, really appreciate. I chipped a tooth once and he was able to get me in quickly. He takes photos of your teeth at every visit to monitor over time and shows you them at the visit to support his dental advice.

I have been seeing Dr Hsieh now for eight years. His professionalism and attention to detail are exceptional and only exceeded by his concern for his patients well being. I once left a message on his answering service in the early morning hours of Thanksgiving regarding a cracked molar that was causing me a great deal of discomfort. Not only did Dr Hsieh call me back within hours, but he met me at his office on that very same holiday afternoon. That kind of care and concern was well beyond anything I was expecting.

I hadn't been in 'the chair' in over twenty years but a cracked tooth could not be ignored. Dr. David Hsieh is very polite and professional as are his staff. They referred me to a specialist for the root canal but installed the permanent crown, five years and counting.

I have never seen a dentist there yet. The office does not have the professionalism or decency to answer phone or call back when you leave a message.
