Need to leave for now BUT! Emily has always been open to suggestions and takes excellent care of my hair. She is very talented and up to date on all the new processes. I am handicapped and she has gone out of her way to make sure I am comfortable and taken care of.
Massages, Manicures, and Hair Cuts - all in one place A Cut Above is very nice salon; it's a bit small and is tucked away in Rockford. Their pricing is very reasonable, the service is nice and friendly, and they are easy to make appointments with. I have had massages from and have had my hair cut there and have never been disappointed. They offer a wide variety of services and have something sure to please anyone. PROS: CONS: Can be hard to find parking
Worst Waxing Experience Ever I just had a Brazilian wax with Betsy and it was the worst waxing experience of my life. I get waxes once a month, and have visited many different salons around the world, so I understand that different aestheticians have different practices, but this experience was ridiculously unprofessional. Great Salon! I really like A Cut Ahead Salon! I have always had a good experience there. My stylist Esther R. is amazing with color and highlights and I have always left very satified with my look. I have found the atmosphere to be friendly and very comfortable. The salon is very reasonably priced and always neat and clean!
I can not believe this is a "professional enviroment" Note to stylists! As your client we do not care what you did last night, what you are doing tonight, tomorrow or whenever. We don't care that she called you a (insert your own disgusting rant) or anything else about you! That said, the service was terrible.
