This hair salon exceeded my expectations. I went in for hair coloring and highlights and the result was stunning. The stylist was very knowledgeable and explained the process clearly before starting. They used quality products that left my hair shiny and healthy. The color turned out exactly how I wanted. The staff were polite and attentive. The whole experience was smooth and professional. I’m extremely happy with the results.

Don't make the mistake of "NOT" going here. Talk about a cut above "Renee" is just that. She has to be the least lazy stylist I've even seen and since I managed a salon for 13 years I would know. She's like a ninja with shears, she's fast, precise, professional, and personable. The salon is super clean and in a great downtown location in the Wells Fargo Building. I'm really looking forward to my next appointment with Renee "she's that good" ! :)

PLEASANT SURPRISE For those of you working in downtown Jacksonville, you should definitely check out A CUT ABOVE SALON for a haircut. Bottom line, they had everything that I needed: Convenience. I didn't have an appointment and yet they took me in less than 3 minutes. Also it is centrally located and just a quick walk for anyone who works near The Landing. Quality. I have been a client of Robbie for over 7 years, she is always helpful to fit me in with my crazy schedule. She is a true professional and beautiful person. I get a foiled highlight and cut and my color is perfect every time. I make an extra effort to stay with her even though I no longer work downtown. Very talented and makes your feel welcome.

Yasmine was AMAZING! I did not know quite what I wanted and she gave me the most gorgeous new haircut. LOVE it, loved her. She was professional, patient, fantastically knowledgeable (I asked her a bunch of hair questions), incredibly skilled and really nice on top of all that. So happy! Love my new haircut, loved the experience. Thank you Yasmine. 5 stars is not enough.
