I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but this experience honestly upset me enough that I feel I need to say something. I came to this salon after winning a certificate at an event and asked for highlights. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable from beginning to end. I was repeatedly left alone while bleach was sitting on my hair for too long, to the point where my hair became overprocessed and damaged. Very friendly staff. I’m pleased with Pat and her warm nature. I’m quite short so getting my hair washed requires cushion and special tray. All to make me comfortable. Place gives off a warm vibe.
Nancy was amazing! Honest about what was best w my hair and followed thru w great cut and color!! Entire team was friendly - and all very skilled!
