Extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. The environment felt very unprofessional. staff were loudly having inappropriate personal conversations about personal matters the entire appointment, which made me uncomfortable. On top of that, my stylist kept being pulled away repeatedly to go wash other clients’ hair, leaving me sitting there for long periods of time with little communication. I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but this experience honestly upset me enough that I feel I need to say something. I came to this salon after winning a certificate at an event and asked for highlights. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable from beginning to end. I was repeatedly left alone while bleach was sitting on my hair for too long, to the point where my hair became overprocessed and damaged. Very friendly staff. I’m pleased with Pat and her warm nature. I’m quite short so getting my hair washed requires cushion and special tray. All to make me comfortable. Place gives off a warm vibe.
