I've done business with the Crinitis for years. Simply put it's always been smooth and painless transaction. Informative and accommodating always and they are fantastic people. I'd highly recommend them for any real estate or rental needs.
I live in a row home rented through this realty company. A random person walked into my home with a key given to them by one of the realtors who work here apparently they confused my home with the vacant one next door.. having a Stanger enter your home in the city of Philadelphia is seriously scary not to mention my dog almost escaped. luckily I was home from work with the flu or who knows what could have happened. I don't understand how a company could be so careless.
