Please do not believe the hype about this place. Confident Smile is not a good place to go. The staff has a high turn around rate. The office manager is a joke. If you are African American you can forget being treated fairly. This place use to be top notch. But over the years it has changed. The dentist is AWESOME. But the staff well the office manger is her down fall. Maybe she will see that in the future.
The worst experience ever. I went in for a root canal with Dr. Garcia back in January 2020. Never would I have thought that I would have permanent nerve damage to the left side of my face where the root canal was performed. I have been in pain ever since that day. I was diagnosed with Trigeminal neuralgia following this root canal procedure. I have been going to A Confident Smile for over ten years. I have never received anything other than exemplary experiences at this dental office. Both Dr. Patrick and Dr. Garcia provide extremely professional dental services. They strive to make any work as painless as possible. The entire office staff is always very friendly; and the offices are spotless and beautiful. I also feel the prices for services are exceptionally reasonable. I could not recommend A Confident Smile more highly.
