You did an excellent job, more people should be coming to your shop. I think these guys are really nice, they helped me about 10 times and im elderly and they have not charged me the extra times. I am so grateful that I found A+ Computer Solutions and Joshua Jerez - I had a hard drive crash that practically did me in (long story with insufficient backup). I got everything back, they were so great with me, and all for a fabulous fee. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!
