I am glad I came to Home Advisor since there aren't many sites with inspector reviews. Mr. Leone was wonderful. I asked him to inspect a home that was over 40 years old so I wanted a very comprehensive inspection. When I informed a family friend who is also a handyman that Mr.Leone spent an average of 4 hours in the home inspecting he told me to hire him immediately. Mr Leone was Very kind & knowlagable and I would recomend him to Everyone . He went out of his way to help us and saved us from a BIG Mistake possibly .
George was very thorough and took the time to show us even the most minor repair needs. We did a home inspection and water quality test and I feel better about the house now than I did when we put the initial contract in for it.
The inspector came out on a football Sunday and spent 5 hours going over everything inside and out with a fine tooth comb. I was very comfortable with purchasing the home after the inspection. He seemed very knowledgeable and very concerned about finding every little fault and providing full disclosure.
George did a great through check of everything. The whole process takes 4 hours and it is worth the time and money! He makes sure all of your questions are answered and gives you a binder at the end that explains each finding he found. Would recommend him!
