We hired George to inspect our home, a new construction. He came twice, once during the pre-drywall stage and once for the final inspection. During the pre-drywall state, he brought a colleague with him who used to work in new home construction as a second set of eyes at no additional cost to us. He also conducted a radon test. George is very professional and exceeded my expectation with the home inspection. I felt very comfortable with the inspection he did and would recommend him to any and everyone. I plan on using his services in the future for my 1 year new home inspection and an inspection if i sell my home.
