They are useless!!!! Find somebody else!! Even if your home warranty sends them, demand somebody else!!! They take your money and don’t fix anything. Expect to see them again in 2 months! Our furnace finally went out this time after seeing them 3 times this fall/winter. I have a pregnant wife and 4 kids sitting in our cold house with 20 degree temperatures just to learn Elizabeth, owners daughter, didn’t even send my claim to the warranty company. Beware of this company, do your research first. I had a father and son from this company come out and inspect my furnace. My master bedroom gets 90 degrees in the winter. Not cool.... they came out and told me my damper is stuck open. They quoted me the price of $375 to repair , I told them to go ahead and fix it. The problem remained. After this I contacted another company to come out and look at it and they told me it was the damper. I was in disbelief and gave up on it for awhile.
