The service here is amazing. I we too a few transmission shops and met some pretty shady characters that I wasn't comfortable leaving my car with but after meeting them here I knew this was the spot. Quality you can see and a name you can trust. March 25th I brought in my Corvette because my transmission was burnt. I met James, and was taken by his courteousness and respect that he had for me from the moment I walked in. No gimmicks no garbage. He treated my car with respect like it was his parents. And has been more than willing and I mean happily willing to assist me with any questions for any issues.

I am truly impressed with this place. My mother had taken her vehicle to another shop because of a leak it was having, where she was told she needed a new axel & transmission; you can imagine the pretty penny that was going to cost us. I called a few places to get quotes, when my coworker told me about the service here. James was great since the min he answered the phone- not pushy and genuinely cared. Friend recommended Trans 1 after I noticed gear slippage in reverse and never even had a service in 65K miles on 1999 Toyota Avalon. Fearing for the worst in time, money, and peace of mind, I made an appointment. It was done on time and a simple service was all that was required. No additional upsell or phantom issues presented. I came in and met with James and he helped me out. He was honest and genuine with what was going on with my car. He told me that my trans fluid was a brown, so they did the service on it. I thought I was in major trouble but it wasn't as bad as I thougt. It was cheaper than what dealerships and other companies cost. I'm glad I found this place and will come back when I'm in need of help with my car.

T-1 Transmissions is a good place to get your transmission looked at or repair. They test drive my car to get an idea on what they were working with. they also have reasonable prices.
