A+ Cleaning Service, where to begin. I called at 7:59 am to schedule a one room carpet cleaning. Whoever took my call scheduled the appointment for 2:00pm. At 2:30, 2:35, 2:40, and finally at 2:45 I made calls to see if they were still coming. Of course no one answered the phone and no one called to inform me that they were going to be late.
