I was given a quote of $55 for rug cleaning. I even messaged at around 8:30 AM to confirm, and when I asked for an estimated time of arrival, I wasn’t given one. I called to follow up, and my call was ignored. When he finally answered, he said he was behind but would be there by 12 PM. When he arrived, he suddenly added an extra $25 charge for “pet urine,” something that was never mentioned or asked about during the original call. This should have been disclosed upfront. Rudy and his team did a fantastic job making our carpet look beautiful! They took extra care to remove soap residue left by previous cleaners. They were prompt and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
These guys are top notch and did a very thorough job. I recently had them clean my carpets, shower doors and tile floors and ALL 3 came out beautifully.
Rudy came and cleaned our tile and did an exceptional job! My tile looks brand new. They also cleaned our windows a few weeks ago and we are so happy with both services. Will definitely have them back!
