Dont ever use this Storage company. My storage was broken in to. Most items were taken from the back of my storage which in my opinion was almost impossible. Whoever it was had time to get to the back of my storage that was packed to its capacity and put things back is a good thief! Seems like an inside job.

TERRIBLE PLACE! OWNER IS A DICK! THEY WILL PADLOCK YOUR UNIT WITH NO WARNING! I WENT TO GET SOMETHING... MY CODE LET ME IN, BUT WOULD NOT LET ME OUT. I ASKED THE LADY IF SHE COULD LET ME OUT, BUT SHE TOLD ME SHE COULDN'T BECAUSE SHE WAS "OFF". SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME SHE DIDN'T KNOW HOW I GOT IN...WHEN SHE WAS CLEARLY SITTING THERE WATCHING THE VIDEO FEED. I HAD TO ACT ETHNIC TO GET LET OUT. We had our RV parked on Site 0948 over the winter and returned in April 2016 to find the passenger door lock had been forced open causing some damage. The RV had been broken into and several items stolen. We discovered that the second entrance to the facility was not secure and in fact did not even have a lock on it. The person in the office did not seem to be particularly concerned offering an excuse that unauthorized people had access to the storage. Only a weak apology was offered.
