I brought my mom to make new orthotics in May. Since then, I keep calling, but no one has answered my calls. I don’t know why they’re taking this long just to give me some paperwork that I need for the orthotics. I’m really disappointed by the time I wasted waiting and the times I called.
Dr Presse is good and friendly. Only reason in not giving 5 stars is the industry in general is a little too over priced. $65 for a visit. $500 for the insert.
