Chuck Peruto represented my boyfriend, very recently, for a serious aggravated assault case. Contrary to what other people say on the site, he gave us all the time in the world preparing this case, and even came to the bar where is occurred. He prepped all of the witnesses personally and even though I was not allowed in the courtroom during the trial, he got glowing reviews from all spectators. Thanks to him, my boyfriend and I will be getting married as planned and I can't say enough good things about him.
Mr. Peruto represented me for a serious aggravated assault case where it looked like the deck was stacked against us.. by the time he was done with his cross-examination, there was absolutely no one in the courtroom that didn't believe it was self-defense. Mr. Peruto saved me years of my life, as I was found not guilty of all charges.
My fiancé hired Charles Peruto for me on a case in Philadelphia where I was accused of aggravated assault. The girl was claiming that I severely beat her, and my previous lawyer told me that I was going to have to serve two years in prison! I just read the reviews on this site, and simply DON'T BELIEVE IT! I hired Mr. Peruto upon recommendation of just about everyone, and I have to say my family and I are deeply indebted to him forever. He said he would win my husband's case (who was incarcerated at the time), and although I had my doubts with the evidence against him, he came through with flying colors. People should get up a petition and send it to the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania for unethical acts committed by this attorney.
