i was very happy with the service i received for my new roof, gutters and downspouts. Mike D was very professional to work with. Before I went to visit I met with a sales rep at my home and received quotes afterwards via email for a replacement Okna sliding patio door and a replacement Okna sliding kitchen window. I decided to visit the A. Caspersen showroom so that I could compare their products to a competitor's (by that time I had narrowed my choices to Okna or Sunrise replacement patio doors and windows). Very prompt in returning phone calls, providing estimates, and scheduling work. I have had them for 2 major jobs (Carpenter ant damage and a new roof) and their work is excellent. Job and clean up are done well and pricing is competitive with other local providers
