I was very pleased with my roof tear down and install of a new roof. Communication was very good on when shingles would arrive and timing of the installation. Workers were incredible, spreading tarp around the house and on deck to capture much of old shingles that slipped away during tear down. As a result no damage done to shrubs, flowers and trees near the house. They went around the house several times to pick up loose shingles and used a large magnet to capture any loose nails and swept driveway and decking clean.Feel li... read more

The Caspersen Company stands behind their work and responds promptly if there should be any problems. We had a small problem with the bay window roofing and the crew was out to fix it the next day! I would give them a 4 1/2 star rating, if that were an option. They are a solid company and they stand behind their work! They respond to phone calls and answer questions until they are sure you understand. They take pictures to document their work, too. I would definitely use them again! We were very pleased with the estimate and the prompt service of this company. We were also asked ahead of time if they could start early which pleased us because of the hot temperatures and it allowed the team to start and they were done with the job before it became extremely hot.

This company was top notch from start to finish. DJ was wonderful to work with and answered all questions thoroughly. There was no high pressure sales and gave us several options that would fit into our budget. You absolutely cannot beat their warranty and service. Team came out in time and had our roof torn off and replaced within 8hrs. They did an excellent job cleaning up and also followed up with a visit to ensure we were highly satisfied! What a great experience!We will be using them again!

I had several quotes, and I chose A. Caspersen for several reasons. I wanted to get security storm doors to replace my old storm doors. They recommended the Home Guard doors but were willing to install ********** or Lowes doors. I received prices for each of the doors I was considering. I wasn't pressured to use their preferred product or to make a quick decision. Notified 3 companies we needed new windows. A ********* was the most professional and gave the most reasonable price. Fast quality service and nice results. We would recommend this company to friends and family and anyone else in search of new windows or doors.

The workers showed up on time and Installed a new roof in a timely manner. Had a small problem getting the dumpster and materials picked up, but that was resolved and I was happy with the results. My salesman was very knowledgeable and could answer all my questions
