They installed my AC and I'm having a problem with it and they never answer the phone or return any of my calls.
I used A/C Medics to replace my air conditioner unit for the 2nd floor of my home. What a difference it has made on my electric bill. Amazing! The technician who installed the AC, Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the unit and answered all of my questions. He arrived at the scheduled time and we hardly knew he was there. It is so refreshing to deal with a reliable company with great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new AC in heartbeat. What a great experience!
Installed compressor without a line dryer!!!! Compressor broke and they won’t even return a phone call. Had to use another company to repair! Stay Away!!!!
