I called A/C Doctors because my air condition was down, and they were at my front door in less than an hour of my call in. They were the second company I had out to diagnose my unit. A technician from a different company had come out and told me I needed a new compressor. The Technician from A/C Doctors was able to put a hard start kit on and repair the compressor. I was so happy with their work. It is hard to find a service company with integrity, and now that I have, they will have my business for life! Thanks Michelle W.
I heard about AC Doctors from a friend whom had their air conditioner repaired recently. She had alot of good things to say about the company so I called to get an appointment. The technician was very polite and informative. He explained things so that I could understand them. And, he explained the cost of the repair upfront, so there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to have their a/c serviced or replaced.
I want to comment on how amazed I was with the service I received from this company. They arrived within 2 hours of my call and had my air condition unit up and blowing cold soon after that. The price was way less than I had paid before and the technician took the time to explain what the problem was, and how he was going to fix it... Even though it was a Saturday evening I recieved great service at a reasonable price. Once again, I was amazed with their quality. Thanks again Matt Johnson
I had A/C Doctors out at one of my rental properties and then out at my house. I had another a/c company come out and told me I needed a new unit. I was unsure about what he was telling me so I called for a second opinion. Doug a technician from A/C Doctors came out and let me know what was wrong with the a/c and explained everything in detail and in terms that I could understand.
