A/C Cate has come twice. The first time was after hours Friday night and Jimmy was there in an hour and had the AC up and running. Jimmy was professional and explained the problem did not try to up sell and gave me tips to maintain the unit and fixed my PVC cut with a cap. The second time Jimmy listened to me and what was happening, diagnosed the issue and was prepared to fix the blower motor on the spot. There is a reason this company has over 500 5 star reviews.
