I called A Budget Tree Service based on the recommendation of a friend. They were very efficient and professional in removing some "volunteer" trees that were too close to our house and had gotten too big. They cut back overgrowth to make room for putting on a new roof. The crew worked hard in hot weather, always with a smile. My husband and I were both very pleased with the job they did.
Didn't bother to respond to an online request for quote through their website. Didn't bother to respond to a phone message left during business hours.
Their service was excellent. All of the employees, especially Mike, were very courteous and helpful. The tree was trimmed EXACTLY the way we wanted it. Their clean up was so good, one would never realize someone did work at my home. Not to mention, the price was great and the office staff was great!
This company impressed me from day one. The first time I used them to evaluate a Pine tree in my backyard. The rep told me the tree was fine and to give it some time to come back after hurricane damage. They were right! They easily could've taken advantage of me and taken down the tree, but they didn't. So I just used them to trim three overgrown Crepe Myrtles in my yard. They did an amazing job and cleaned up like they were never there. So professional! So reliable! I'll never call another tree service ever again!
I needed to have a tree removed. I called to get a quote, Mark Varn came by the house. Mark was awesome, telling me about the tree in the yard and giving me my options. Then I had the crew come out a few weeks later, lead by David R. His whole crew was great! Got right to work and cleaned up all the mess! Thank you guys for all the hard work! I will be calling on you again for service!
