During last Thursday nights hail storm my windshield was slaughtered, called A Broken Windshield at 8:30am Friday and was scheduled for today. Brian came out installed a new one in my vehicle today and had me back up and running. And dud my neighbots at the same time. Thank you for your promptness and professionalism. They were great, fast and very affordable. The guy who came out (back in May) was very polite and awesome. We recently got a crack in our windshield and we went back to him and he did what he could, but sadly we're going to have to get a new one again soon. BUT! good thing prices are AMAZING to where we can afford it :)
I have recommended them to my mom and aunt after having my window replaced and all of us have had nothing but above and beyond service as well as customer service. They are very fast, efficient as well as personable. Never will I ever call any other company.
My parents had their windshield replaced on their Toyota Corolla over a month ago. They damaged the strip around the windshield and at first refused to honor their warranty and were nothing but disrespectful to her. They finally promised to come out 4 times and failed to show. Told my dad they fixed it, even though the car was in Denver at the time they claimed to have fixed it. My mother in law had them come out over a month ago to replace her windshield. The NEXT day the seal gapped (to where you can hear the wind coming in) and chipped. When she called they said they would come fix it, but they have no showed at least 4 times. She is in her 60s and if this is the respect they have for their older clientele, buyer beware, they'll try to screw you over too.
