The appointment was between 2-4. It's now 6:00 and no call no show.
Really wish we could give a 0. They have the worst customer service. When issues arose and we asked a question about the sensor they got very defensive about it. The said I didn't have a sensor in it but never even showed me that there wasn't and offered to glue the box on with no sensor. Then after further discussion they told me they would super glue a sensor on so when it malfunctions I will be stuck with my heater on. Will never recommend this company to anyone. If you decide to use them make sure you pay in cash FYI.
I set an appointment and it was canceled on a mutual agreement, and I was okay with that. The problem was they did not call me to inform me, I had to call them. The rescheduled appointment they did not call when they were going to be late. They did call 30 minutes after the window they game me for installation. I can't do half star rating or no stars.A Broken Windshield came recommended a place to get my windshield replaced. After yesterday I don't recommend them to anybody. I had an appointment from 9 to 11 to get my windshield replaced and they were a no-call no-show. I called at noon and they said the installer was running behind. I called at 1 and no phone answer so I cancelled. Driving my Explorer for a living means I can't have it down for something like a windshield.
This is the 2nd time I used them. Very friendly, affordable, and reliable. I'll use them again for sure!
Very fast and affordable I enjoyed every minute
After 4 appointments I set with them and they missed to replace the windshield in my company truck, I still tried giving them my business. Called them again and they offered a $20 discount if I brought my truck to them. I drove to their home and they started on my truck. When they were taking out my cracked windshield they cut up my headliner in the process. I sent them messages to ask how they were going to rectify it, and they refused to answer. They did a great job of fixing my windshield , they showed up before the the window and even traveled to my work to do the job would highly recommend
