I have been going to a Brighter Smile for about 6 years or so. They always have been, courtesy, professional, very knowledgeable and have the most up to date equipment. I have receding gums and have issues with grinding my teeth, mostly during the day. So I was fit with what they call a Bruxton - Bruxism, mouth piece which was made to fit my on my bottom teeth. Very pleasant experience The office staff is very professional as was my hygienist Rebekkah Thomas. She had a very friendly personality and she appropriately addressed the questions and concerns that I had regarding my teeth, various cleaning techniques, etc. The one thing I would love to have is the option to have the baking soda power blast as a method of cleaning my teeth. Although your office does not offer this method I felf Rebekkah did a great job with my cleaning.

good job everyone always does a great job there, I especially thought it was good when i informed my dental hygienist i didn't have insurance and she asked me if i would like to know what the procedures would cost. She took the initiative, went to the front desk to inquire and returned with the exact amount i paid at the end of my visit. sometimes it's just the little things :)

My appointment was on time and the hygenist way great.
Dr. Thompson and the well trained staff are always very professional and they all seem to like their jobs. Competent professionals with a good sense of humor will always get my business!
