Very unprofessional establishment. The doctor is great but the front desk lady Adrianna is nasty. She refuses to relay messages based on her own whims, and her shortcomings she then blames the patient. Working in healthcare obviously is not for her
Huge lack of communication and you often get blamed.
I've been going to Dr. Kasiah for a few years. From the start, Dr. Kasiah has always been warm and nice, but also very professional and attentive. She always makes me feel heard and seen. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs it!
Dr. Kasiah is truly wonderful. She has been so incredibly helpful, and I feel like I am in the best hands under her care. She considers all the details, and is thorough in explaining her treatment and ensuring that it is right for me. I am so grateful to have found A Brighter Day, from the office staff to the doctor, the care I receive is always exceptional!
