Amy came into my life just over 2 years ago. I was looking to gain some muscle, firm things up a bit 😉 and get into better shape overall. Completely transformed my body and my mind. Continuously changes it up so you never get bored and when going to work out is more fun than you can imagine...you know Amy is doing something right. I highly recommend seeing for yourself.
I started off just wanting to learn how to use weights and do cardio effectively, but then found a perfect combination of that in many of Amy's classes. Always challenging, always changing it up, and always encouraging every step of the way. Even when I'm working out alone I tell myself her words: "you can do anything for a minute & challenge is change." Amy leads by example and knows how to bring positive change!
By far the best trainer and person on the planet! Amy knows her stuff, she lives and breathes this passion of hers and will help you achieve ANY goal you have. You will feel better after one class and you will only continue to grow with each class after. Training with Amy was the best decision I've ever made
