I can't say enough. I've been with Amy for 20 years. I'm 54. There's a reason I can't live without her. Just don't know how to put it into words. Everything you read about her is true, to the nth degree. You won't find a better trainer. She's passionate and absolutely loves what she does and all her people. Come join us. We've got a great family away from our own families. We are 1!
This place is amazing! Their website is 100% accurate! Everyone was so welcoming and encouraging! One of the hardest workouts I’ve ever done, but knocked out every body part imaginable! If you haven’t been you have to check it out!!! Thanks Fonda, I can’t wait to try another class!
I did Amy's boot camp yesterday and it was amazing!! She's simply the best...very knowledgeable and encouraging!! This new studio is beautiful and welcoming!
