She and all the people who go to this studio are so encouraging and uplifting and really can transform you mind, body, and spirit. I am so happy for my dear friend, Amy Mccauley, and her opening of A Body Empowered! I’ll never forget stepping into my first Pilates class with her 3 years ago and thinking to myself, “ok I have to go to EVERY SINGLE ONE of her classes!” I literally call her my workout Guru. Somehow she kicks your booty and you just WANT MORE! The new studio is beautiful and I’m thrilled to be a part of it!
