Careful!! This practice will ask for all of your insurance information verify all of it with your address. Tell you you’re covered schedule an appointment then tell you after the appointment that you’re not covered and still expect to be paid. It’s very sad to see this from a behavioral health provider when people already have other problems going on to have to deal with financial issues like this, this is a “bait and switch” and a “padding of the order” I suggest using any practice, but this one

Stay away! Incompetent and unprofessional
Very helpful and understanding. My Crystal cares about my problems and tries her best to remedy my ailments. The only issue is that her superiors seem to ebb on the side of caution and started treatment that were "safer" for my symptoms. Unfortunately it turns out that I am very sensitive to medications and had the full force of the side effects. As well as some of the "very rare" side effects. I had to try 3 other meds before getting one that helped. Still, because I am getting the help I need, I am living a better life. Sa... read more
